As far as measurements in the kitchen go I’m useless in translating these things over so I printed a copy of this out and laminated it and taped it to the inside of my kitchen cabinet door. An idea I got off Pintrest, but I got the cute little conversion table from my moms old cook book that Nana gave me. Titled “My First Cookbook”. Maybe someone else would like to use it also. Its also something I will add to my Nana Bread Book for math challenged people like myself 🙂

Just today I had to Google how many cups were in a quart. I’m going to print this out, stick it inside a page protector and tape it inside my cupboard door for quicker reference!

I did the exact thing and have used it so much I had to laminate it. Glad you can get some use from it also.

What size is butter ?

I’m not really sure but most butter has its own measurements with it if that’s the question you are asking.

Butter measures by the stick or half stick & measurements are on the wrapper. 1/2 stick is 1/4 c. 1stick is 1/2 cup, 2 full sticks are 1 c & so on. Hope this helped.

“A pint of water weighs a pound and a quarter” according to what I was told, when I was younger. This means that a pint is the equivalent weight of 20oz not 16oz,as stated here. It’s misleading.
